Terms and Conditions
Must travel with spouse, if married, and attend a sales presentation
(lasting 90 minutes) on the benefits of acquiring ownership in an ILX
Resorts Incorporated timeshare resort. You must be 26 years of age or
older, employed full time or retired, have a minimum annual household
income of at least $50,000 and must not have toured an ILX Resort
within the past 12 months. ILX employees are not eligible for this
offer. Reservations are subject to availability. You may reschedule or
cancel your arrival date without penalty up to 72 hours prior to your
scheduled arrival date. No changes will be permitted within 72 hours.
Failure to comply with this policy, attend the sales presentation or
meet the eligibility requirements will result in forfeiture of the
package price and the benefits of the package. If you do not meet the
